Referral Scheme
Because of our reputation within the market of delivering excellent service to both candidates and clients, a high number of our candidates come through recommendation.
VMR Consultants Ltd and it's divisions; Dot Net Resourcing, ERP Associates and JPeople, has a referral scheme to reward anyone who can provide a recommendation to us for a high-calibre candidate.
If we successfully place the recommended candidate with one of our clients within 6 months of the recommendation date, you would be entitled to a reward:

1st recommendation: £200

2nd recommendation: £300

3rd recommendation: £400
-
4th recommendation and thereafter: £500
The referral fee is payable after the candidate has completed 2 full months of their new employment.
A referral fee is only payable if we do not currently have the direct mobile number and email address of the referred candidate.
To receive payment, referees would need to send us an invoice which would be paid in full. All referees are responsible for their own tax.
The Company Director reserves the right to withdraw this scheme at any time.
